When to Use This Form
Every person who has purchased a flat directly from the developer / promoter builder must submit this application to become a member of the society. This is the primary membership form for new flat owners under the MCS Act.

- Full name and residential address
- Age, occupation and monthly income
- PAN number
- Flat number, building and area (sq.ft.)
- Copy of registered agreement with developer
- Entrance fee ₹100 + share value ₹500
- Passport-size photograph
