This document must be printed on ₹100 stamp paper and executed before a Notary Public / Executive Magistrate. You can purchase stamp paper at your nearest Sub-Registrar's office or licensed stamp vendor.
When to Use This Form
This undertaking is mandatory for every new member (direct purchase or resale) and must be submitted along with the membership application. It is a legal commitment that the flat will be used only for the purpose mentioned in the allotment letter (typically residential) and that no change of use will be made without prior written consent of the committee.

- Member's full name
- Flat number and building number
- Society name and address
- ₹100 stamp paper (to be executed before notary/magistrate)
