When to Use This Form
Every new member joining the society must submit a KYC form. This creates a permanent record of the member's identity, flat details, contact information and nominee — essential for society administration, audit compliance and government records under the MCS Act.
Information You Will Need
- Member's full name as per Aadhar / PAN
- Flat and building details
- Mobile number and email
- PAN and Aadhar numbers
- Occupation and income details
- Nominee name, address and relationship
- Passport-size photograph
How to Submit
