When to Use This Form
Every society member should submit a nomination form, nominating one or more persons who will inherit their shares and flat interest in the event of the member's death. This is one of the most important forms — without a nomination, legal heirs may face delays in transferring the flat. Submitted in triplicate: one copy to society, one retained by member, one acknowledged copy returned.
Information You Will Need
- Member's full name and share certificate number
- Flat number and area
- Nominee's name, address and relationship
- Nominee's date of birth (if minor)
- Guardian's name (if nominee is minor)
- Share percentage for each nominee (if multiple)
- Signatures of two witnesses
