Nomination by Member

32. (a) Every Member or Associate Member of the Society may nominate, in the prescribed form, a person or persons to whom the shares held by him and his interest in the property of the Society shall be transferred after his death.
(b) If a Member nominates more than one person, he shall specify the share or proportion of his shares and interest to which each nominee shall be entitled.
(c) A Member may cancel or change his nomination at any time by submitting a fresh nomination in the prescribed form.
(d) No fee shall be charged for the first nomination. For each subsequent change of nomination, a fee of Rs. 100/- shall be charged.
(e) On receipt of a nomination form, the Secretary shall acknowledge receipt thereof in writing, and such acknowledgement shall constitute acceptance of the nomination by the Society.
(f) A minor may be nominated, provided the Member also nominates a guardian to act on behalf of the minor nominee during his minority.
