This document must be printed on ₹100 stamp paper and executed before a Notary Public / Executive Magistrate. You can purchase stamp paper at your nearest Sub-Registrar's office or licensed stamp vendor.
When to Use This Form
Required for persons purchasing a new flat directly from the developer/builder and seeking direct admission to the society's membership. The buyer undertakes to file Form 37E with the Income Tax Authority within 30 days of the GBM at which membership is approved. Not required if consideration is ₹75 lakhs or less.
