Termination of Membership

55. The Membership of a person in the Society shall terminate on the happening of any of the following events: (a) Acceptance of his resignation by the Committee; (b) Transfer of all his shares and interest in the capital/property of the Society; (c) Death of the Member; (d) Expulsion from Membership under Section 35 of the Act; (e) Legal incapacity to be a Member of the Society; (f) Whereabouts of the Member remaining unknown for a period of seven consecutive years; (g) Cessation of his right to Membership by operation of law.
