Termination of Associate Membership

56. (a) The Associate Membership of a person shall terminate on the happening of any of the following events: (i) Termination of the Membership of the original Member; (ii) Death of the Associate Member; (iii) Acceptance of the resignation of the Associate Member. (b) Notwithstanding the above, where the original Member and the Associate Member hold the property jointly, the Associate Membership shall not terminate solely on account of the termination of the original Member's Membership; instead, the Associate Member may apply for Active Membership in his own name.
