The Nominal Membership of a person representing a partnership firm or company shall terminate on the happening of any of the following events: (a) Death of the Nominal Member; (b) Acceptance of the resignation of the Nominal Member; (c) Termination of the Membership of the original Member of the Society in whose flat the Nominal Member is in occupation; (d) Expulsion of the Nominal Member from Membership; (e) Revocation of the nomination of the Nominal Member by the firm or company.
