The Nominal Membership of a sub-tenant, licensee or caretaker shall terminate on the happening of any of the following events: (a) Death of the Nominal Member; (b) Acceptance of the resignation of the Nominal Member; (c) Termination of the Membership of the original Member of the Society in whose flat the Nominal Member is in occupation; (d) Expiry or termination of the leave and licence agreement or tenancy agreement under which the Nominal Member is in occupation of the flat.
