54. (a) An expelled Member shall not be eligible for re-admission to Membership of the Society for a period of one year from the date of his expulsion. (b) Notwithstanding the above, an expelled Member may be re-admitted to Membership before the expiry of one year, with the prior permission of the Registrar, on the recommendation of the General Body of the Society.
