When to Use This Form
A person who is renting a flat (sublettee, licensee or caretaker) in a housing society may apply for Nominal Membership. A Nominal Member has no ownership rights but is formally registered with the society. This also helps the society maintain records as required under the MCS Act.
Information You Will Need
- Owner/member's name and flat details
- Tenant's full name and address
- Leave & Licence agreement (copy)
- Tenant's Aadhar/PAN
- Member's written consent
- Entrance fee ₹100
- Passport-size photograph of tenant
