Membership in the Name of Another

20. A person not being a Member of the Society and occupying a flat of a Member, whether as a sub-lessee, licensee, caretaker or in any other capacity, shall apply for Nominal Membership of the Society in the prescribed form and shall pay an entrance fee of Rs. 100/-.
The application shall be accompanied by:
(a) A copy of the sub-lease/leave and licence agreement or caretaker agreement, as the case may be.
(b) A written recommendation or no-objection from the Member of the Society in whose flat the applicant is occupying or intending to occupy.
A Nominal Member shall have no right to vote, to attend General Body Meetings, or to exercise any rights available to an Active or Associate Member under these bye-laws.
