When to Use This Form
Under Bye-law 42(1), a flat owner must intimate the society at least 8 days before subletting the flat or giving it on Leave & Licence basis. Along with this form, the owner must submit a copy of the registered Leave & Licence agreement and the police intimation report. No prior permission is needed from the society — only advance intimation.
