When to Use This Form
Every flat owner subletting their flat must submit a Know Your Tenant form to the society. This documents the tenant's identity, permanent address, Aadhar, PAN, emergency contacts and lease period — essential for society records, police intimation and safety compliance.

- Flat owner's name and flat details
- Tenant's full name and permanent address
- Tenant's Aadhar and PAN numbers
- Tenant's mobile number and emergency contact
- Leave & Licence period
- Monthly rent amount
- Passport-size photograph of tenant
