When to Use This Form
You hold a flat jointly with another person, your name is second in the share certificate, and you want to stand for the Managing Committee. An Associate Member can contest only if the first-named (Original) Member gives a No Objection Certificate and Undertaking in this form, surrendering his or her voting rights for as long as you hold office. Without it, the nomination is liable to be rejected under Bye-law 117(d). The first-named member signs; the associate member submits it to the society along with the nomination.
