When to Use This Form
When a flat is purchased or held jointly by two persons, the second joint holder who is not already a member must apply for Associate Membership. The Associate Member can attend and vote at General Body Meetings if the primary member is absent.

- Associate member's name and address
- Flat number and building
- Primary member's written consent (on the same form)
- Entrance fee ₹100
