Business at Annual General Body Meeting

95. The following business shall be transacted at every Annual General Body Meeting: (a) Confirmation of the minutes of the previous Annual General Body Meeting; (b) Consideration and adoption of the annual report of the Committee for the preceding year; (c) Consideration and adoption of the audited accounts and Balance Sheet for the preceding year; (d) Consideration of the Audit Report and the Audit Rectification Report; (e) Consideration and approval of the budget for the ensuing year; (f) Appointment of the Statutory Auditor for the ensuing year; (g) Consideration of correspondence, if any, from the Registrar; (h) Declaration of the election schedule, if the term of the Committee is about to expire; (i) Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
