Holding of AGM Meeting 94. a. The Annual General Body Meeting of the Society shall be held on or before 30th September each year as provided under Section 75(1) of the Act. (as there is no provision for extension of time to hold AGBM ) b. In case of default in calling the Annual General Body Meeting as stipulated in bye-law 93(a) above, shall attract disqualification and action as provided under section 75(5) of the Act.
