Special General Body Meeting
Official Text
96. A Special General Body Meeting of the Society may be convened:
(a) By the Chairman on his own initiative;
(b) By a majority resolution of the Committee;
(c) On a written demand made to the Secretary by not less than one-fifth of the total Members of the Society, specifying the matters to be discussed;
(d) On the requisition of the affiliated Housing Federation.
A Special General Body Meeting shall be held within one month of the date of the demand or requisition.
