Right to Occupation of Flat

24. (a) Every Member shall be entitled to occupy the flat allotted to him by the Society, subject to the conditions of the allotment letter and these bye-laws. (b) An Associate Member shall be entitled to occupy the flat jointly with the original Member, subject to the rights and restrictions applicable to Associate Members under these bye-laws. (c) A Nominal Member shall be entitled to occupy the flat in accordance with the terms of the sub-lease, leave and licence agreement or caretaker agreement, as the case may be, and subject to the conditions imposed by the Society and these bye-laws. (d) No Member shall use the flat for any purpose other than that stated at the time of his admission to Membership, without the prior written permission of the Committee.
