Restrictions on Rights of Associate and Nominal Members

25. (a) An Associate Member shall not be entitled to exercise the rights of an Active Member of the Society except as provided under Section 27(2) of the Act. An Associate Member may attend and vote at General Body Meetings only in the absence of the original Member. (b) A Nominal Member shall not be entitled to exercise any right of Membership of the Society whatsoever. The rights of a Nominal Member shall be confined to occupation of the flat in accordance with the agreement between him and the original Member and subject to the conditions imposed by the Society.
