Inspection of Books and Documents

23. Every Member of the Society shall have the right to inspect the following books, records and documents of the Society free of charge during office hours under the provisions of Section 32(1) of the Act: (a) Cash book; (b) Stock/Store register; (c) Register of Members; (d) Membership application files; (e) Minutes of General Body Meetings; (f) Minutes of Committee Meetings; (g) Correspondence files; (h) Annual accounts including Balance Sheet; (i) Audit reports; (j) Any other document or register as permitted by the Committee. A Member shall be entitled to obtain certified copies of any such document on payment of the charges specified in bye-law No. 171.
