158. Subject to the provisions of the bye-law no. 157 , the Committee shall proceed to carry out the construction, repairs and maintenance of the property of the Society and Redevelopment of the Society buildings as per Govt Directives from time to time It shall be the responsibility of the Committee till the completion of the work and to see that the repairs and redevelopment of Society buildings are carried out as per the provisions of the contract executed by the Society.
