Repairs by Society at Own Cost

159. The Society shall carry out the following repairs and maintenance works at its own cost: (a) Internal roads and pathways; (b) Compound walls and boundary fencing; (c) External water supply pipes, pump house and water tanks; (d) Drainage system; (e) Staircases, passages and common corridors; (f) Terrace and roof; (g) Structural repairs; (h) Staircase lights and external road lights; (i) Rectification of external leakages; (j) Main electrical wiring for common areas; (k) Lifts and lift machinery; (l) Rooftop leakage repairs for the uppermost floor; (m) Generator for common areas; (n) Security systems; (o) Rainwater harvesting systems; (p) Common areas and gardens; (q) Gymnasium; (r) Solar energy systems for common use; (s) Community hall; (t) Wi-Fi infrastructure for common areas.
