Limit on Expenditure for Repairs

157. The Committee may incur expenditure on repairs and maintenance of the Society's property up to the following limits without prior approval of the General Body: (a) Where the Society has up to 25 Members — up to Rs. 25,000/-; (b) Where the Society has 26 to 50 Members — up to Rs. 50,000/-; (c) Where the Society has more than 50 Members — up to Rs. 1,00,000/-. For any expenditure beyond these limits, prior approval of the General Body shall be obtained.
