When to Use This Form

After giving the 15-day notice (Appendix 20(1)), the seller must formally apply for transfer of shares. This application includes the transfer fee, confirms the liabilities are cleared, and enccloses the buyer's membership application. Transfer fee of ₹500 is payable with this application.
