When to Use This Form
A member intending to sell/transfer their flat must give 15 days' advance notice to the society secretary as required under Rule 24 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Rules, 1961. This notice must be accompanied by the consent letter of the proposed buyer (Appendix 20(2)). This is the first step in the flat transfer process.
