When to Use This Form
The prospective buyer (transferee) must submit this consent letter to the society along with the seller's notice of transfer (Appendix 20(1)). This formally establishes the buyer's intent to acquire the flat and accept the transfer of shares.

- Seller's name (who is proposing to transfer)
- Buyer's full name and address
- Society name and address
