This document must be printed on ₹100 stamp paper and executed before a Notary Public / Executive Magistrate. You can purchase stamp paper at your nearest Sub-Registrar's office or licensed stamp vendor.
When to Use This Form
Required when the sale consideration for a resale flat exceeds ₹75 lakhs, or when the transfer is not between relatives (as defined in Section 2(41) of the Income Tax Act). Both the seller (transferor) and buyer (transferee) must jointly sign this undertaking, committing to file Form 37E with the Income Tax Authority within 30 days of GBM approval.
