When to Use This Form
A member who is selling their flat must submit this resignation notice to the society secretary. Three months' advance notice is required under Bye-law 27(a). The resignation is accepted only after all dues to the society are cleared. This is part of the seller's document package.

- Share certificate number
- Share numbers (from–to)
- Statement of discharge of all society dues
