Sub-letting, Leave and License
(a) A Member who sub-lets his flat or shop or gives it on leave and licence basis, caretaker basis or parts with possession in any other lawful manner shall intimate the Society in writing. Such intimation shall include:—
(i) a copy of the duly stamped and registered leave and licence agreement or other lawful document; and
(ii) a copy of the police intimation or police verification, wherever required under applicable law.
