Fees for Inspection and Supply of Copies

(a) The fees for obtaining copies of documents and records under Bye-law No. 27 shall be as prescribed by the Registrar under Section 154B-8 of the Act.

(b) Until such fees are prescribed by the Registrar, the Member of the Society requiring copies of documents shall pay copying fees and other charges at the following rates:—

(c) Fee schedule: (1) Certified copy of the Approved Bye-laws of the Society — Rs. 5/- per page; (2) Amendment of the Bye-laws of the Society — Rs. 5/- per page; (3) Last Audited Balance Sheet of the Society — Rs. 10/- per page; (4) Application for Membership of the Society — Rs. 25/-; (5) Second and Subsequent Nomination by the Member of the Society — Rs. 100/-; (6) Share Certificate of the Society (Duplicate) — Rs. 100/-; (7) List of Members of the Society — Rs. 10/- per page; (8) Correspondence / Documents (related to Member) — Rs. 10/- per page; (9) Minutes of the General Body Meetings and Committee Meetings — Rs. 10/- per page; (11) Copy of Annual Returns and Periodicals — Rs. 10/- per page; (13) Any other document as per Section 154 B-8 of the Act — Rs. 5/- per page; (14) If any document provided in digital form (WhatsApp / email) — No charge; (15) If any document provided in digital form on pen drive — Charge of pen drive if pen drive provided by the Society.

Note: A Member shall have the right to inspect records and obtain copies of documents in accordance with Section 154B-8 of the Act. However, the Society shall not disclose or provide copies of any confidential, personal or sensitive information relating to any Member or any other person, such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, bank account details or any other information, the disclosure of which is prohibited or restricted under any law for the time being in force, except where such disclosure is required by law or by an order of a competent authority.
