Repairs and Maintenance by Society
Official Text
68. The Society shall carry out the following repairs and maintenance works at its own cost:
(a) Internal roads and pathways within the Society's compound;
(b) Compound walls and boundary fencing;
(c) External water supply pipes, pump house and water tanks;
(d) Drainage system, septic tanks and soakage pits;
(e) Staircases, passages, lobbies and common corridors;
(f) Terrace, roof and external walls of the building;
(g) Structural repairs to the building;
(h) Staircase lights and road lights;
(i) Rectification of external leakages;
(j) Lifts and lift machinery;
(k) Rainwater harvesting systems;
(l) Common areas, gardens and landscaping;
(m) Gymnasium and swimming pool, if any;
(n) Common parking areas;
(o) Solar energy systems installed for common use;
(p) Community hall and other common amenities.
