Disposal of Applications

63. The general procedure for disposal of all applications received by the Society shall be as follows: (a) On receipt of any application, the Secretary shall scrutinise the same for completeness within 15 days and shall place it before the next meeting of the Committee. (b) The Committee shall consider the application and communicate its decision to the applicant within 3 months of receipt of the application, except in the case of applications for leave and licence, for which the decision shall be communicated within 1 month. (c) If an application is rejected, the reasons for rejection shall be recorded in the minutes of the Committee meeting and communicated to the applicant in writing within 15 days of the decision. (d) If no decision is communicated within the time limit specified above, the application shall be deemed to have been approved.
