Grounds for Expulsion from Membership
Official Text
49. A Member of the Society may be expelled from Membership on any of the following grounds:
(a) Persistent default in payment of dues payable to the Society;
(b) Wilful misrepresentation of facts to the Society;
(c) Use of the flat for an immoral or illegal purpose;
(d) Wilful and serious breach of any provision of these bye-laws;
(e) Furnishing false information at the time of registration of the Society or at the time of admission to Membership;
(f) Remaining inactive for five consecutive years — that is, neither attending any General Body Meeting nor paying any Society charges during that period.
