Restriction on Storing Hazardous Materials

48. (a) No Member shall store or permit to be stored in his flat or in any part of the Society's premises, any inflammable, explosive, corrosive or otherwise dangerous or hazardous material, without the prior written permission of the Committee. (b) No Member shall carry on or permit to be carried on in his flat any activity that causes nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience or disturbance to other Members of the Society or to the neighbourhood. (c) No Member shall keep pets in his flat or in the premises of the Society in a manner that causes nuisance or annoyance to other Members.
