30. A Nominal Member who is a sub-tenant, licensee or caretaker in occupation of a flat of a Member of the Society may resign his Nominal Membership by sending a letter of resignation to the Secretary of the Society, along with a written recommendation from the original Member. The Committee shall consider the resignation and communicate its decision within 3 months of receipt thereof. If no decision is communicated within 3 months, the resignation shall be deemed to have been accepted.
