29. A Nominal Member representing a partnership firm or company in occupation of a flat of a Member of the Society may resign his Nominal Membership by sending a letter of resignation to the Secretary of the Society. The Committee shall consider the resignation and communicate its decision within 3 months of receipt thereof. If no decision is communicated within 3 months, the resignation shall be deemed to have been accepted.
