When to Use This Form
Use this notice when a member has died without leaving a valid nomination (or no nominee comes forward) and the society must publish an invitation for legal heirs to submit claims.
Information You Will Need
- Deceased member's name, Flat/Unit No. and building
- Date of death
- Number of days allowed for claims/objections
- Address for submission of claims
