When to Use This Form
Use this form when the legal heirs of a deceased member have settled their shares in the flat through a registered Family Arrangement and wish to have one of them admitted as Member.
Information You Will Need
- Registered Deed of Family Arrangement (original or certified copy)
- Death Certificate of the deceased member
- Original Share Certificate and a completed Indemnity Bond (Form No. 17)
