This document must be printed on ₹100 stamp paper and executed before a Notary Public / Executive Magistrate. You can purchase stamp paper at your nearest Sub-Registrar's office or licensed stamp vendor.
When to Use This Form
When a person seeking membership of the society has no independent source of income (e.g. a homemaker, student or dependent), the person on whom they are financially dependent must sign this undertaking. The guarantor commits to discharge all present and future liabilities of the society on behalf of the non-earning member.

- Guarantor's full name, address and occupation
- Guarantor's employer name and monthly income
- Society name and address
- ₹100 stamp paper
