Cessation of Provisional Membership and Associate Membership
(a) A person admitted as a Provisional Member shall cease to be such Member—
(i) on resignation;
(ii) on death;
(iii) when the legal heir or rightful claimant of the original Member is admitted as Member and brought on the record of the Society in accordance with these Bye-laws.
(b) A person admitted as an Associate Member shall cease to be such Member—
(i) on cessation of Membership of the original Member;
(ii) on transfer of the shares and interest by the original Member;
(iii) on revocation or cancellation of the Associate Membership;
(iv) on withdrawal of consent by the original Member;
(v) on death of the Associate Member;
(vi) on death of the original Member;
(vii) on any other ground provided under the Act, Rules or these Bye-laws.
