Readmission of Expelled Member
(a) A Member who has been expelled shall not be eligible for readmission to the Membership of the Society for a period of one year from the date of expulsion.
(b) The Society may consider readmission before expiry of one year only if—
(i) the General Body passes a resolution recommending such readmission; and
(ii) prior approval of the Registering Authority is obtained.
(c) Readmission of an expelled Member shall not be claimed as a matter of right.
