Final Authority of the Society
(a) Subject to the provisions of the Act, the Rules and these Bye-laws, the final authority of the Society shall vest in the General Body of Members duly convened and constituted in accordance with these Bye-laws.
(b) The General Body shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as are conferred upon it under the Act, the Rules and these Bye-laws, and shall decide all matters relating to the policy, finance, and administration of the Society.
