Restriction on Certain Resolutions

No resolution regarding:

(i) expulsion of a Member;

(ii) removal of a Member of the Committee;

(iii) amendment of Bye-laws; shall be brought before any General Body Meeting unless due notice thereof has been given strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Act, Rules.
