Structural Audit

76. (a) The Society shall get a structural audit of its building carried out by a licensed Architect or Structural Engineer approved by the competent authority:
(i) Once every five years, if the building is between 15 and 30 years old;
(ii) Once every three years, if the building is more than 30 years old.
(b) The Society shall also carry out a fire audit of the building in accordance with the policy of the State Government and the directives of the Fire Brigade Authority.
(c) The Society shall carry out inspection of lifts and lift machinery periodically in accordance with the applicable law and the directives of the competent authority.
(d) The cost of all such audits and inspections shall be borne by the Society.
