Division of Service Charges

66. Service charges shall include the following items of expenditure of the Society: (a) Salaries and allowances of Society staff; (b) Cost of maintenance of the Society's office, including printing and stationery; (c) Travelling and conveyance expenses; (d) Sitting fees for Committee meetings and General Body Meetings; (e) Contribution to Education and Training Fund; (f) Membership fees of Housing Federations; (g) Audit fees; (h) Expenses of Annual General Body Meeting and Committee Meetings; (i) Legal and professional charges; (j) Charges for common electricity supply.
