39. (a) The procedure for disposal of applications for transfer of shares and interest shall be as laid down in bye-law No. 63 of these bye-laws. (b) An application for transfer shall not be rejected except on the ground of non-compliance with the provisions of the Act, Rules or these bye-laws. (c) If the Committee fails to communicate its decision within 3 months of receipt of the application, the transfer shall be deemed to have been approved and the Society shall be bound to complete the formalities of transfer accordingly.
