Complaint Application

172. (a) One or more Members may submit a written complaint to any office bearer of the Society regarding any matter relating to the affairs of the Society.
(b) The Committee shall consider the complaint at its next meeting and communicate its decision to the complainant.
(c) If the complainant is dissatisfied with the decision of the Committee, or if no action is taken within the prescribed period, the Member may approach any of the following authorities:
(i) The Registrar of Co-operative Societies;
(ii) The Co-operative Court;
(iii) The Civil Court;
(iv) The Municipal Corporation or local authority;
(v) The Police (for matters involving criminal offences);
(vi) The General Body of the Society;
(vii) The District or State Housing Federation.
